1 – CANCELLATION

According to some reasons that happens beyond Ordarawy’s control in the ordering process- such as;
– Some limitations on quantities available for purchase,
– Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information,
– Problems identified by our relevant department,
– An incorrect delivery address,
– The recipient’s absence,
– Lack of an access permit,
– Bad weather conditions, or similar
Ordarawy is entitled to cancel the User’s order. In this event, the User is not entitled to compensation or pecuniary of any kind.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we may reject or cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

2 – TERMS OF USE

Ordarawy can be used by all, but minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website or application and are not allowed to transact or use them.
We reserve the right to terminate your registration and refuse to provide you with access to the Website and mobile application if We discovers that you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years.

3 – DELIVERY

– A delivery fee may be added to your order. Any such fee is not a gratuity for the delivery personnel who delivers or is otherwise involved with the delivery of your order and will not be given to any such delivery personnel as a gratuity.
Ordarawy will not be responsible for handling any gratuity on our Platform.
– Delivery fees for food items and non-food items will both be applicable for one order if both types of items are included in that order.
– Groceries will be delivered directly to the delivery address specified by the user within 45 (Forty five) to 60 (sixty) minutes average delivery time location dependent or as scheduled.
Ordarawy does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frames will , it may be less or more according some unforeseen circumstances.

4 – LIMITAION OF LIABILITY

Ordarawy shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with:-
– Your use of the support
– The liability or fitness of any customer,
– The performance of or browsing in the software applications or your links to other software applications from this software applications, even if Ordarawy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without prejudice to the generality of the section above, our total liability to you for all liabilities arising out of these Terms and Conditions is it in tort or contract is limited to the value of the product ordered by you.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Website and mobile application or that the operation of the Website and application will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, we assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Website and mobile application; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Website.

5 – TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated,
You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Website and mobile application . We may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny your access to the Website and Such termination will be without any liability to us.
Any such termination of these Terms and Conditions shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website and mobile application or affect any liability that may have arisen under these Terms and Conditions.

6 – CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

Ordarawy reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, effective with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the Software Applications or the Support following any revision to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes.

7 – Exchange or Refund

– Items to be exchanged or refunded must be presented with their complete original box “as new” with inside packing, and all accessories sealed (i.e. in re-sellable condition).
– Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned during the same day of purchasing or from a day after the delivery date.
– Refunds shall be made in the same manner in which the purchase of the item was made. For the avoidance of doubt, items that were purchased in cash will return in cash, and items which purchased by credit card refunds might take up to (14) days to be processed. It’s important to note that during this time original purchase could still be listed on your account and accrue interest if you carry a balance on your credit card.
– Home delivery items may only be refunded if the event of non-delivery, and upon the supplier’s written confirmation of such non-delivery.
– Used and unsealed items are not subject to any exchange or refund.

8 – WEBSITE SECURITY

You are prohibited from violating the security of the Website, including, without limitation:
– Accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which the user is not authorized to access;
– Attempting to probe, scan or test the exposure of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
– Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Website, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing or crashing; and/or
– Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

The compilation of the content on the Site is the exclusive property and copyright of Ordarawy and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws.

10 – INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Ordarawy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach of this User Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11 – DISPLAY OF PRODUCTS

The colors of our products that appear on the Website will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
